- Mário has 22 years of experience in advocacy.
- He is an expert in contract and procedural law, dispute resolution, construction law, real estate and property law. He also has extensive experience in the public sector.
- He has led and been the architect of a number of successful lawsuits and litigation against a number of ministries and other central government agencies. He has successfully sued and represented several Slovak cities. He has won a number of consumer class actions, personality protection disputes, damages actions against the Slovak Republic and restitution actions.
- He actively represents clients not only in general courts but also before the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and several Slovak and international arbitration courts, and he himself was an arbitrator at an arbitration court for 13 years.
- He provided contractual services for development projects and prepared due diligence for purchases and sales of investment properties in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
- He acts on several private and public law advisory bodies.
